NOVELTY - A coated sulfur-doped graphene ternary material has particle diameter of 10-20 mu m, thickness of 3-6 nm, discharge specific capacity of 220-227.6 mAh/g and charge and discharge cycle rate of 96-98%. USE - The coated sulfur-doped graphene ternary material is useful for preparing lithium ion battery anode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coated sulfur-doped graphene ternary material is prepared by simple method, and has high initial specific capacity and excellent cycle performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of coated sulfur-doped graphene ternary material, which involves uniformly mixing nickel source, lithium source, cobalt source and manganese source, ball milling and introducing protective gas, heating and calcining to obtain ternary material, mixing ternary material mixed with graphene oxide and grinding the ternary material in a mortar to obtain mixed powder, transferring mixed powder to the boat and placing in a tubular furnace, inletting protective gas, heating and calcining to obtain coated graphene, coating ternary material with graphene into the boat (I), grinding the sulfur in a boat (2), placing boat (I) and boat (II) in a tubular furnace, inletting protective gas, heating and calcining.
