NOVELTY - The method involves dispersing deionized water using mechanical stirrer and ultrasonic water bath. Graphene oxide film is dried and peeled to obtain self-supporting three-dimensional graphene oxide film. Graphene oxide gel is obtained and drawn down on substrate, thus obtaining graphene oxide thin film. Prepared n-type graphene conductive thin film material is annealed in ammonia atmosphere. P-type graphene conductive thin film material is obtained. Conductive material is alternately fixed on flexible substrate with conductive fibers in series using flexible electric heating device. USE - Preparation method for graphene-based flexible high temperature thermoelectric power generation device used in industrial machinery for waste heat recovery and utilization. ADVANTAGE - Preparation method for graphene-based flexible high temperature thermoelectric device is simple to implement, thus cost of thermoelectric device is reduced.
