ADVANTAGE - The composite material has reduced contact resistance between them, high conductivity, and simple and easy to control preparation method that can be applied to a large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of preparing a high conductivity polymer composite material comprising mixing (g/ml) graphene oxide (0.2-2) and cationic polymer latex particles (1-5), adjusting pH value to 2-5, adding mixture to a solvent, filtering, condensing in the presence of a weak acid to form a film, adding a reducing agent to oxidized graphite alkene at 50-90 degrees C, washing, vacuum drying, and pressing.
