▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide grafting based composite antirust pigment comprises 30-60 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-30 pts. wt. silane, and 20-60 pts. wt. organic acid corrosion inhibitor. The pigment is graphene oxide modified by chemical grafting. USE - The antirust pigment is useful for corrosion protection of steel substrates. ADVANTAGE - The antirust pigment: has obvious corrosion inhibition effects on steel; and has both the shielding effect of graphene oxide and the antirust effect of organic acid corrosion inhibitors. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing composite antirust pigment, comprising (i) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to prepare graphene oxide dispersion as component I, where the concentration of the dispersion is 0.1-0.5 wt.%, (ii) dissolving silane, organic acid corrosion inhibitor and catalyst in ethanol, stirring and dispersing at constant temperature to obtain component II, and (iii) mixing component I and component II, adjusting the pH to acidity, stirring at constant temperature for 6-18 hours, and grafting organic acid corrosion inhibitor to graphene oxide by chemical method, washing with ethanol and drying to obtain final product; and (2) use of composite antirust pigment comprising adding 0.1-0.5 wt.% chemically grafted modified graphene oxide into the anti-corrosion coating, and grinding with a ball mill for 4-8 hours to obtain chemically grafted modified graphene oxide anticorrosive pigment based anticorrosive coating.
