DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing white graphene modified polyvinyl chloride composite material comprising mixing high polymer modified white graphene, vinyl chloride, dispersing agent, first initiator and water at 40-70 degrees C, reacting under the conditions of pressure of 0.8-1.2 MPa, when the pressure in the reactor is reduced to 0.1-0.4 MPa, the reaction is stopped, centrifugating and drying.
