NOVELTY - A graphene conductive ink comprises 0.5-20 wt.% graphene, 0-20 wt.% carbon nanotube, 0-20 wt.% conductive carbon black, 0-20 wt.% ultra-fine conductive graphite powder, 15-45 wt.% resin, 0.1-5 wt.% wetting and dispersing agent, 30-70 wt.% solvent, and 0.5-6 wt.% additive. USE - Graphene conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and has low requirement of device. The ink has very stable conductivity, excellent performance, stable quality, and three-dimensional conductive network. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene conductive ink comprising (A) adding dispersion tank with graphene and cyclohexanone, isophorone, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, N-methylpyrrolidone, Povidone K-30 (RTM: polyvinylpyrrolidone) (5.71) and BYK 104S (RTM: wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne system), and high-speed dispersing to obtain graphene dispersion; (B) ball mill grinding with zirconia balls, adding conductive carbon black XE2-B, cellulose acetate butyrate, N-methylpyrrolidone, BYK 104S (RTM: wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne system), acrylic resin and fumed silica, and high-speed dispersing to obtain graphene slurry; and (C) nano-sand milling, adding acrylic resin, silane coupling agent, adhesion promoter and leveling agent, and high-speed dispersing, and filtering.
