▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aluminum alloy light pole comprises rod body and base, 0.1-0.2 wt.% iron, 0.1 -0.2 wt.% copper, 0.05-0.1 wt.% manganese, 0.3-0.6 wt.% magnesium, 0.01-0.05 wt.% chromium, 0.1-0.5 wt.% zinc, 3-8 wt.% nickel, 0.1-0.2 wt.% nano titanium dioxide, 0.1-0.3 wt.% nano silicon carbide, 1-3 wt.% graphene, the balance is aluminum. USE - Aluminum alloy light pole. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum alloy light pole has increased mechanical properties, thermal stability, grindability and service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing aluminum alloy light pole, which involves: (A) weighing components, performing aluminum liquid melting, component adjustment, purifying slag, standing still, and dividing into two portion, which are aluminum alloy base for rod body and aluminum alloy for base substrate; (B) forming rod body by a numerically controlled spinning device during high-speed rotation, where rod body is made of an equal-diameter tube with an aluminum alloy substrate; (C) low-pressure casting of the aluminum alloy substrate for the base, and heat treatment of T6 to weld the base and the rod body together; (D) heating in the temperature range of 185-195 degrees C for 7-8 hours, stabilizing molecular structure in the rod body and the base, and the hardness reaches 9-11 hecto watt; and (E) performing surface treatment of the rod body to obtain a finished lamp post.
