NOVELTY - Preparation of stainless steel surface graphene anti-corrosion coating comprises taking 0.1 g natural graphite, 0.3 g potassium permanganate and 90 mL concentrated sulfuric acid, reacting at 30 degrees C for 12 hours, washing, dissolving in 200 mL distilled water, adding 100 mu L hydrazine hydrate, reacting at 95 degrees C for 2 hours, centrifuging, freeze-drying, pressing, ion sputtering on stainless steel substrate at 300V for 1-5 hours, and depositing at 0.04 Pa. USE - Method for preparing stainless steel surface graphene anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The method is easy, and has high efficiency. The coating is energy-saving, and has uniform thickness.
