NOVELTY - Oxidized graphene modified fly ash cement material comprises 1000-3000 pts. wt. waste incineration fly ash, 1000-3000 pts. wt. No. 425 cement, 20-200 pts. wt. silica fume, 10-100 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide, 1-5 pts. wt. sodium alpha -olefin sulfonate, 0.1-4 pts. wt. sodium phosphate, 0.1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-120 pts. wt. triisopropanolamine, 20-150 pts. wt. water-reducing agent, and mixing water, in which water-solid ratio is 0.2-0.5. USE - Oxidized graphene modified fly ash cement material used for building. ADVANTAGE - The oxidized graphene modified fly ash cement material enables waste incineration fly ash to be effectively used, and obtained mortar and concrete having better performance, thus effectively solving pollution problem of fly ash. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of oxidized graphene modified fly ash cement material by dissolving graphene oxide in 1/3 mixed water to form first solution; dissolving sodium alpha -olefin sulfonate, triisopropanolamine and water-reducing agent in remaining 2/3 of mixed water to form second solution; mixing waste incineration fly ash, No.425 cement, silica fume, sodium hydroxide, and sodium phosphate to form powder; mixing second solution with powder; stirring; adding first solution; and stirring to obtain oxidized graphene modified fly ash cement material.
