NOVELTY - Preparing modified plastics in production of hydraulic rubber tubes using plastic vulcanization process comprises (S1) preparing raw materials including 50-80 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 10-30 pts. wt. poly-4-methyl-1-pentene resin, 10-20 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomer resin, 1-3 pts. wt. modified fluorosilicone oil, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 10-40 pts. wt. talc, 10-40 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 1-5 pts. wt. short glass fiber, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 1-3 pts. wt. polyvinyl carbon black masterbatch, (S2) heating and kneading, (S3) preparing the rubber hose semifinished product that has not completed the vulcanization process, (S4) crimping the unvulcanized rubber tube covered with a resin shell on a perforated metal I-shaped wheel with a diameter of 1.5-2 meters, and (S5) cooling the vulcanized rubber hose covered with a resin shell to room temperature. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified plastics in production of hydraulic rubber tubes using plastic vulcanization process, which is used as outer layer with polar rubber. ADVANTAGE - The modified plastic has excellent heat conduction performance, can accelerate heat transfer, reduce the rubber hose vulcanization time, which has important meaning for improving the production efficiency of the vulcanizing engineering and saving energy consumption. It has improved heat aging resistance, giving more recycled use times, and reducing the use amount of the material with comprehensive cost advantage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing modified plastics in production of hydraulic rubber tubes using plastic vulcanization process comprises (S1) preparing raw materials including 50-80 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 10-30 pts. wt. poly-4-methyl-1-pentene resin, 10-20 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomer resin, 1-3 pts. wt. modified fluorosilicone oil, 1-5 pts. wt. polyisobutylene, 1-5 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted compatibilizer, 0.10-0.5 pts. wt. peroxide crosslinking agent, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 10-40 pts. wt. talc, 10-40 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 1-5 pts. wt. short glass fiber, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 1-3 pts. wt. polyvinyl carbon black masterbatch, (S2) heating and kneading polypropylene resin, poly-4-methyl-1-pentene resin, polyolefin elastomer resin, modified fluorosilicone oil, polyisobutylene, maleic anhydride grafted compatibilizer, peroxide crosslinking agent, graphene, talc, calcium carbonate, short glass fiber, antioxidant and polyvinyl carbon black masterbatch, performing twin-screw plastic extrusion processing, complete strand cooling, drying, pelletizing, then using steel mesh and strong magnetic filtering, where the heating process time is controlled within 3-8 minutes, and the temperature is controlled at 170-200°C, (S3) preparing the rubber hose semi-finished product that has not completed the vulcanization process, using single-screw plastic extruder with a T-shaped die, coating the unvulcanized rubber tube semi-finished product with a resin shell with a thickness of 2.5-4.5 mm, where the diameter of the single screw should be as large as possible, e.g. 160 mm in diameter, to provide sufficient extrusion volume and improve production efficiency, and the traction speed should be kept at 10-20 m/minutes, (S4) crimping the unvulcanized rubber tube covered with a resin shell on a perforated metal I-shaped wheel with a diameter of 1.5-2 meters, placing it on the vulcanization car, pushing the vulcanization car into the vulcanization pipe, closing the tank door, filling with saturated steam, and completing the vulcanization, and (S5) cooling the vulcanized rubber hose covered with a resin shell to room temperature, usually by sprinkling water to cool down to room temperature, dividing the resin layer into 4 or 2 pieces by the resin peeling machine and peeling off from the rubber tube, at the same time conveying the plastic crusher to complete the crushing, passing through the steel mesh and strong magnetic screening, where the drying process at 85°C for 1 hour completes one round of use of the resin, and then proceeding to step (S3) and entering the cycle of use.
