NOVELTY - Foaming-resistant wallboard comprises 40-65 wt.% stone tailings, 0.05-15 wt.% graphene, 1-30 wt.% aluminum oxide, 1-15 wt.% vermiculite, 0.05-10 wt.% calcium carbonate, 0.05-15 wt.% high-temperature latent solvent, 5-30 wt.% high temperature-resistance fiber particles, 0.05-5 wt.% foaming agent, 0.05-5 wt.% stabilizing agent, 0.05-5 wt.% peptizing agent, 1-10 wt.% clay and 0-5 wt.% colorant. USE - Foaming-resistant wallboard. ADVANTAGE - The foaming-resistant wallboard is simply and easy to operate, has low carbon production process, high efficiency and high automation, and reduces consumption of energy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing foaming-resistant wallboard, which involves: (A) washing stone tail mineral, crushing, passing 1-10 meshes, adding crushed stone tail mineral into soaking pool, where soaking tank is cone, inlet diameter is 1/5-1/3, spraying material, inletting high pressure water pipeline into stone tail mineral with 1.5-5.5 % of ammonium oxalate solution, spraying and wetting until volume of ammonium oxalate solution is 1.1-1.32 times, stopping spraying process, soaking for 30-100 min, stirring every 5 min during soaking material, then carrying out solid-liquid separation, filtering siphon of ammonium oxalate containing filtrate in collecting tank, taking solid-liquid separation, water washing, repeating for 2-3 times water washing, separating by solid-liquid separation, drying solid obtained after water washing stone tail mineral water; (B) mixing raw materials except high temperature resistant fiber particle and the rest raw material, sieving and grinding powder or mill mixing by ball mill grinding for 3-18 hours, mixing into rotating mixer and homogenizing for 10-300 minutes; (C) mixing and homogenization by granulating to obtain first base material particles, drying, and putting into storage bin; (D) weighing 10-40% stone tail mineral, 15-40% fire-resistant fiber, 10-40% of vermiculite, 1-20% expanded perlite, 1-5% of clay, grinding by ball mill or vertical mill and crushing, where fineness is 50 mesh, passing into rotating mixer for homogenizing for 10-150 minutes to obtain high-temperature resistant fiber mixed material, and entering warehouse storage; (E) mixing fire-resistant fiber in material through rotary kiln at 900-1280 degrees C, high temperature melting for 30-300 minutes sintering at high temperature, cooling, and taking out to obtain high-temperature resistant fiber particles; (F) sieving high temperature resistant fiber particles, where grain diameter of fire-resistant fiber particles is 1-6 mm, mixing uniformly to obtain mixed material and first base material particle, and entering warehouse storage; and (G) putting pelleting mixed material in tunnel kiln or roller kiln at 900-1300 degrees C for 30-300 minutes, sintering at high temperature through the kiln and cooling to obtain graphene and stone tail mineral foaming-resistant partition wall crude product; and (H) cutting crude product to obtain graphene-based with stone tail mineral foaming resistant insulating wallboard product.
