▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Two-dimensional graphene composite material loaded with copper nanoparticles on surface, comprises graphene and copper nanoparticles dispersed on the surface of the graphene substrate, the diameter of the copper nanoparticles is 5-15 nm, which is synthesized by in-situ reduction of copper nanoparticles on the surface of graphene oxide; the specific synthesis steps comprises (1) uniformly dispersing graphene oxide in water to obtain GO solution; and (2) mixing positively charged graphene oxide with negatively charged metal particles at the molecular level: evenly dispersing the reactivator, boric acid, citric acid and copper sulfate in water, mixing with the GO solution, heating to 30-50 degrees C, dispersing for 2-3 hours, heating to 60-90 degrees C, adding reducing agent, dispersing for 0.5-2 hours, allowing to stand, separating and drying, and obtaining two-dimensional graphene-supported copper nano-ion material. USE - The composite material is useful in electromagnetic shielding materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has excellent electromagnetic shielding performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for polyethylene oxide/two-dimensional graphene supported copper nano composite material, is prepared by using the two-dimensional graphene-supported copper nano-ion material as filler, and polyethylene oxide as polymer matrix, carrying solution blending to obtain polyethylene oxide/two-dimensional graphene-supported copper nano composite material; #polyethylene oxide/two-dimensional graphene-supported copper nano composite material is used as electromagnetic shielding material; and #preparing the two-dimensional graphene composite material with copper nanoparticles on surface, comprising (1) uniformly dispersing graphene oxide in water to obtain GO solution; and (2) mixing positively charged graphene oxide with negatively charged metal particles at the molecular level: evenly dispersing the reactivator, boric acid, citric acid and copper sulfate in water, mixing with the GO solution, heating to 30-50 degrees C, dispersing for 2-3 hours, heating to 60-90 degrees C, adding reducing agent, dispersing for 0.5-2 hours, allowing to stand, separating and drying, and obtaining two-dimensional graphene-supported copper nano-ion material.
