NOVELTY - Anti-corrosive coating comprises 50-55 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 20-24 pts. wt. amino resin, 11-15 pts. wt. alkyd resin, 12-15 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 21-28 pts. wt. modified graphene, 12-15 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 5-8 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1.1-1.5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. preservative, 1.6-2 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 1.5-1.8 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.8-1.1 pts. wt. fungicide, 1.1-1.4 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 1.6-1.8 pts. wt. film-forming additive, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl cellulose and 60-64 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Anti-corrosive coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating film formed using the anti-corrosive coating has excellent impact resistance and cold resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Anti-corrosive coating comprises 50-55 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 20-24 pts. wt. amino resin, 11-15 pts. wt. alkyd resin, 12-15 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 21-28 pts. wt. modified graphene, 12-15 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 5-8 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1.1-1.5 pts. wt. KH-792 (RTM: silane coupling agent), 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. preservative, 1.6-2 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 1.5-1.8 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.8-1.1 pts. wt. fungicide, 1.1-1.4 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 1.6-1.8 pts. wt. film-forming additive, 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl cellulose and 60-64 pts. wt. solvent. The modified graphene is obtained by adding 5-8 pts. wt. graphene, 10-14 pts. wt. sodium nitrite having concentration of 1.1-1.4 mmol/L and 16-19 pts. wt. n-hexanol, stirring at 115-118 rpm for 0.5-1.5 hours, adding 96-98 pts. wt. sulfuric acid, heating to 64-67 degrees C, cooling to 24-27 degrees C, centrifuging at 3800-4000 rpm, mixing resultant material, 5-8 pts. wt. acetone, 7-10 pts. wt. vitamin C and 4-7 pts. wt. nitroaniline, leaving still for 18-22 hours, ultrasonically dispersing at 35-40 kHz and 1000-1200 W for 1.2-1.8 hours, filtering and drying.
