NOVELTY - Preparation of functionalized double-layer molecularly imprinted nanofiber composite membrane includes adding graphene oxide (GO) nanosheets to mixed solution of ethanol and deionized water, sonicating, adding aminopropyltriethoxysilane, heat-reluxing, washing, and drying to obtain aminopropyltriethoxysilane-modified GO; adding titanium dioxide nanoparticles to mixed solution of ethanol and deionized water, sonicating, adding aminopropyltriethoxysilane, heat-refluxing, washing, and drying to obtain aminopropyltriethoxysilane-modified titanium dioxide; and adding polyvinylidene fluoride powder to mixed solution of dimethylacetamide and acetone, stirring, adding aminopropyltriethoxysilane-modified GO and aminopropyltriethoxysilane-modified titanium dioxide, stirring, dispersing, electrospinning, washing with water to obtain functionalized GO/titanium dioxide-based nanofiber composite film, drying, and cutting. USE - The method is for preparation of functionalized double-layer molecularly imprinted nanofiber composite membrane used for selective adsorption and separation of tetracycline in tetracycline-containing mixed solution (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method achieves both high permeability selectivity of the membrane, and provide new theoretical support for further improving the recognition mechanism and permeation mechanism in the selective separation process of molecularly imprinted membranes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of functionalized double-layer molecularly imprinted nanofiber composite membrane comprises adding graphene oxide (GO) nanosheets to mixed solution of ethanol and deionized water, sonicating, adding aminopropyltriethoxysilane, heat-reluxing, washing with alcohol, and drying to obtain aminopropyltriethoxysilane-modified GO; adding titanium dioxide nanoparticles to mixed solution of ethanol and deionized water, sonicating, adding aminopropyltriethoxysilane, heat-refluxing, washing with alcohol, and drying to obtain aminopropyltriethoxysilane-modified titanium dioxide; adding polyvinylidene fluoride powder to mixed solution of dimethylacetamide and acetone, stirring, adding aminopropyltriethoxysilane-modified GO and aminopropyltriethoxysilane-modified titanium dioxide, stirring, dispersing, electrospinning, washing with water repeatedly to obtain functionalized GO/titanium dioxide-based nanofiber composite film, drying, and cutting; and dissolving tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane hydrochloride and dopamine hydrochloride in mixed solution of ethanol and deionized water, ultrasonicating, adding tetracycline, aminopropyltriethoxysilane and tetraethylorthosilicate, soaking anofiber composite film, adding ammonia, adjusting pH, simultaneously initiating polydopamine-based imprinting polymerization and sol-gel double imprinting polymerization under continuous stirring, eluting with eluent, washing with methanol and vacuum drying.
