NOVELTY - The circuit has graphene based optoelectronic device (201) which is fabricated on a substrate (101). Multiple circuit chips (401) are bonded to the substrate. The substrate is electrically connected with the circuit chip. An optical signal transmitted in the substrate is converted to the electrical signal and transmitted to the circuit chip. The received electrical signal of the circuit chip is converted to the optical signal and transmitted to the substrate. USE - Optoelectronic integrated circuit based on graphene photoelectric device. ADVANTAGE - The low cost and good compatibility is achieved, by including the graphene based optoelectronic device which is fabricated on the substrate.
