▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The electrode has a functionalized carbon composite comprising a carbon material bound to an aromatic ring compound having a functional group including nitrogen atom and/or oxygen atom, where the functionalized carbon composite is arranged in a nematic phase. The aromatic ring compound is melamine, adenine, guanine, cytosine, 1-(3-aminopropyl)imidazole, 2-aminoimidazoles, 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole, 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole, 3-amino-5-methyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole, 3,5-diamino-1,2,4- triazole, 2-aminothiazole, 2-amino-4-phenylthiazole and/or 2-amino-4-methylthiazole. The carbon material is graphene, carbon nanotubes, carbon fibers, graphite, fullerene and/or carbon black. The functionalized carbon composite contains 0.1-50 at.% of nitrogen atoms derived from the functional group. The electrical conductivity of the carbon electrode is 100 S/cm or more. USE - The carbon electrode is useful for electropolishing. ADVANTAGE - The carbon electrode has excellent electropolishing efficiency due to high electrical conductivity; does not generate residual stress, tempering, and residual impurities (powder) that occur in mechanical polishing, and has the advantage of being applicable to polishing of complex shapes; minimizes the elution of heavy metals during electropolishing, thus it is environmentally-friendly; has a long lifespan and excellent durability, and manufacturing process with easy to secure economic feasibility.
