NOVELTY - A reduced graphene oxide/nano zirconium oxide composite material filler includes reduced graphene oxide material and zirconium oxide material, where chemical bond energy is comprised between zirconium oxide and reduced graphene oxide material. USE - Reduced graphene oxide/nano zirconium oxide composite material filler used for synthesizing thermosetting polyimide coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene oxide/nano zirconium oxide composite material filler enables manufacturing friction and wear-resistant coating, and since the composite material filler is dispersed into polyimide, the wear resistance of the coating is improved effectively. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. method for preparing reduced graphene oxide/nano zirconium oxide composite material filler, which involves slowly adding 0.05-0.3 mol/L zirconyl nitrate solution to graphene oxide dispersion and stirring evenly according to certain stoichiometric ratio, titrating the prepared mixed solution with 0.2-0.5 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution to adjust pH value to 9-11, placing the mixed solution in hydrothermal reactor with PTFE lining, controlling reaction temperature at 190-220?oC for 15-20 hours, and placing the hydrothermal reactor in an electric blast oven and hydrothermally reacting, after the completion of reaction, washing with deionized water and adjusting pH to 7-8; 2. thermosetting polyimide, which comprises reduced graphene oxide/nano zirconium oxide material filler and polyimide at mass ratio of 1:(50-1000), preferably the mass ratio is 1:(250-1000); and 3. synthesis of polyimide coating, which involves adding 4.52 g 4,4-oxydiphthalic anhydride (ODPA), 1.59 g nadic anhydride (NA), 3.89 g 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether (ODA) to 23 ml N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP), stirring uniformly for 2-3 hours, and dispersing the reduced graphene oxide loaded zirconium oxide filler polyimide composite material for 4-5 hours, and heat-preserving for 0.5-2 hours at 300?oC and 375?oC, respectively.
