NOVELTY - The electrode (100) has conductive regions (106) which are arranged on the surface of a transparent substrate and separated from each other in a separation region (105). The conductive region has a structure in which a first transparent conductive metal oxide layer (102), a metal layer (103), and a second transparent conductive metal oxide layer (104) are laminated in order from the transparent substrate side. A trap material (107) traps one or more of halogen, sulfur, or oxygen and arranged in the separation region. USE - Transparent electrode for electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-containing layer has a high shielding effect and prevents the metal oxide and the metal from deteriorating by preventing the diffusion of an acid or a halogen ion, and the intrusion of impurities from the outside into the photoelectric conversion layer can be prevented. Since the nitrogen-substituted graphene-containing layer and the trapping ability for the acid is high, the shielding effect is higher.
