▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - High crack resistance high manganese steel flux-cored wire containing graphene, comprises an outer skin and a drug core, where outer skin is the low carbon steel strip that is coated with graphene coating, the composition of the drug core comprises 0.2- 0.8 wt.% carbon, 0.1-0.8 wt.% silicon, 17-32 wt.% manganese, 1.5-6.5 wt.% chromium, 1.8- 5.5 wt.% nickel, 0.5-2.8 wt.% copper, 1.5-3.5 wt.% molybdenum, 0.2-0.8 wt.% titanium, 0.01-0.09 wt.% rare earth and 0.10-0.95% graphene, atomized iron powder and inevitable impurities (remaining amount), where RE is a compound of lanthanum, cerium, and praseodymium. In the high-manganese steel flux-cored welding wire, the raw material of manganese is low-carbon ferromanganese, and the raw material of silicon is NO.75 ferrosilicon. The rare earth in the drug core is composed of lanthanum, cerium, and praseodymium. USE - The wire is useful in the arc additive manufacturing of construction, shipbuilding, railway, automobile, aviation and aerospace parts (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high anti-cracking high manganese steel flux-cored wire has excellent strength and ductility, high elastic modulus, high strength and high thermal conductivity, and improved welding seam metal crack resistance and toughness, welding technique performance and welding seam quality, and reduced generation of oxide inclusions.
