▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-based two-dimensional layered heterojunction involves (1) introducing hydrogen and a carbon source gas into a reaction chamber in which a metal substrate is placed, and heating the reaction chamber to dissolve carbon in the metal substrate; (2) stopping feeding the carbon source gas into the reaction chamber and heating the reaction source to grow on the metal substrate; and (3) lowering the temperature of the reaction chamber, and dissolving carbon in the metal substrate to form graphene to obtain a graphene-based two-dimensional layered heterojunction USE - Method for preparing graphene-based two-dimensional layered heterojunction (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method reduces production cost and impurities of metal substrate.
