NOVELTY - Graphene anion far infrared flame retardant cotton comprises 50-60 wt.% hard cotton short fiber, 20-30 wt.% hot melt cotton short fiber, 5-10 wt.% aramid short fiber, 2-5 wt.% far infrared ceramic powder, 5-10 wt.% diatomaceous earth, 2-5 wt.% graphene and 2-3 wt.% surfactant. USE - The cotton is useful for household items including mattress, sofa, cushion, clothing, bed linings, wall soft pack and car interior soft pack (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cotton: has flame retarding effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene anion far infrared flame retardant cotton comprising (i) mixing raw materials, (ii) mixing hard cotton staple fiber, far-infrared ceramic powder and hard cotton short fiber with 20-30 wt.% water, ultrasonically oscillating for 20-30 seconds, pouring into a high boiler and cooking for 20-30 minutes, (iii) mixing aramid staple fiber, hot melt cotton staple fiber, diatomite, surfactant and permeated rigid cotton staple fiber at 60-80 degrees C for 60-180 minutes, (iv) adding mixed raw materials into the opening machine, (v) subjecting combusted mixture to fiber combing, (vi) then adding into spinning machine and then spinning to obtain final product; and (2) graphene anion far infrared anti-flaming cotton mattress comprising a mattress body, the mattress main body comprises an elastic layer from downside to upside in turn, graphene biological diatom composite fiber layer and graphene anion far infrared and flame-retarding cotton layer, the graphene biological diatom composite fiber layer comprises multiple strands of graphene biological diatom compounded fiber weaving, the graphene of the negative ion far infrared anti-flaming cotton layer is composed of multiple warps and wefts by weaving.
