NOVELTY - Preparation of lithium cobalt phosphate anode material includes adding ball milling tank with lithium salt, cobalt salt and phosphate, adding ethanol, ball milling, mixing, vacuum drying, and calcining; and adding carbon source and ethanol, ball milling, adding graphene sheets dissolved in ethanol or pure water solvent, sonicating, water bath heating, and calcining. USE - Method for preparation of lithium cobalt phosphate anode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anode material is coated with carbon and graphene, and has improved specific surface area, conductivity and electrochemical performance which satisfies the requirement of lithium battery in high power application field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of lithium cobalt phosphate anode material comprises adding ball milling tank with lithium salt, cobalt salt and phosphate at molar ratio of 1:1:1, adding ethanol at weight ratio of 1 g: 1-2 mL, ball milling, mixing, vacuum drying, adding to muffle furnace, and calcining to 300-450 degrees C for 5-6 hours under inert atmosphere; adding 2-10 wt.% carbon source and ethanol at ratio of 1 g:1-2 mL, ball milling, adding 0.5-10 wt.% graphene sheets dissolved in ethanol or pure water solvent at ratio of 1 g:25-50 mL, sonicating for 0.5-10 hours, and water bath heating to 80-85 degrees C to remove the solvent; and adding to muffle furnace, and calcining to 600-800 degrees C for 6-24 hours under reducing atmosphere.
