▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A concentration containing 0.02-2 mol/L iron, cobalt or nickel and 0.02-2 mol/L diammonium phosphate hydrogen radical ion is mixed with organic amine and suspension is obtained. The suspension is filtered to obtain a powder. The obtained powder is put into the tubular furnace under the protection of inert gas and cooled to room temperature and a black powder is obtained. The obtained black powder is put into the hydrothermal kettle containing inorganic acid solution at 150-180 degrees C, and dried to obtain a black powder which is the nitrogen doped graphite alkene material. USE - Manufacture of nitrogen-doped graphene material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple process of nitrogen-doped graphene material and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A concentration containing 0.02-2 mol/L iron, cobalt or nickel and 0.02-2 mol/L diammonium phosphate hydrogen radical ion is mixed with organic amine which is template agent and suspension is obtained. The ratio of organic amine and diammonium phosphate hydrogen ion radical in the suspension is 0.1-10:1. The suspension is filtered and the filtered cake is kept in vacuum for 24 hours at room temperature in and a powder is obtained. The obtained powder is put into the tubular furnace under the protection of inert gas and the temperature is raised to 500-900 degrees C for 4-24 hours and cooled to room temperature and a black powder is obtained. The obtained black powder is put into the hydrothermal kettle containing inorganic acid solution at 150-180 degrees C for 24 hours and cooling to room temperature, filtered and washed with water, dried in vacuum at 60 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain a black powder which is the nitrogen doped graphite alkene material. The obtained sheet-shaped nitrogen-doped graphene material is a curly sheet and the sheet comprises 1-9 graphene layers having 0.5-20 wt.% nitrogen in the nitrogen-doped graphene material.
