NOVELTY - Preparation of functionalized graphene-modified water-soluble photocurable polyurethane involves dissolving graphene oxide in dimethyl formamide, ultrasonically processing for 60 minutes, adding catalyst, heating to 60 degrees C, adding diethanolamine, reacting for 8 hours, washing functionalized graphene product, drying, adding diisocyanate, catalyst and polyester diol, reacting for 3 hours, adding chain extender and blocking agent, reacting for 4 hours, neutralizing, adding photoinitiator, curing and drying. USE - Preparation of functionalized graphene-modified water-soluble photocurable polyurethane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The functionalized graphene-modified water-soluble photocurable polyurethane having excellent dispersibility is produced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of functionalized graphene-modified water-soluble photocurable polyurethane involves adding 50 ml concentrated sulfuric acid to flask, adding graphite powder, sodium nitrate and potassium permanganate, stirring for 30 minutes, heating to 35 degrees C for 30 minutes, adding deionized water, mixing for 20 minutes, adding hydrogen peroxide, reducing, filtering, washing with deionized water, drying in vacuum oven at 60 degrees C, dissolving obtained graphene oxide in 100 ml dimethyl formamide, ultrasonically processing for 60 minutes, adding catalyst, heating to 60 degrees C, adding diethanolamine, reacting for 8 hours, washing functionalized graphene product with ethanol and distilled water, drying at 60 degrees C for 48 hours, adding diisocyanate, catalyst and polyester diol, reacting for 3 hours, adding chain extender and blocking agent, reacting for 4 hours, adding neutralizing agent, stirring at high speed for 1 hour, adding photoinitiator, curing and drying to obtain an aqueous photocurable graphene-modified urethane resin film.
