NOVELTY - Flexible three-dimensional porous carbon paper, comprises carbon nanotube slurry, carbon fiber slurry, graphene slurry and polytetrafluoroethylene slurry in a mass ratio of 1:1-10:0.1-10:1.5 USE - The porous carbon paper is useful in fuel cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The porous carbon paper has three-dimensional porous structure, three-dimensional conductive channel network and high battery characteristics, and can solve the problem that the current commercial carbon paper surface is large and not uniform, bending is fragile, complicated process, high temperature graphitization and large energy consumption.
