NOVELTY - An ultra-low-temperature primary lithium battery comprises a dry battery core, an electrolyte and a battery shell. The core comprises several unit sub-electric core comprising a positive electrode sheet, a separator and a negative electrode sheet. The positive electrode sheet is obtained by pulping positive electrode material, conductive agent, binder and collector aluminum foil or aluminum mesh with reserved tabs, coating, calcining, rolling and flaking. The negative electrode sheet is prepared by pulping negative electrode material, conductive agent, binder and current collector copper foil or copper mesh with reserved tabs, coating, calcining, rolling and sheeting. The separator is prepared by mixing polypropylene and/or polyethylene as main material, cooling, elongating, extracting, drying, and slitting. The electrolyte is made of a combination of lithium salt, carbonate and/or carboxylate and/or ether organic solvent. USE - Ultra-low-temperature primary lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - The ultra-low-temperature primary lithium battery has excellent current and discharge capacity retention rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An ultra-low-temperature primary lithium battery comprises a dry battery core, an electrolyte and a battery shell. The primary lithium battery is prepared by placing dry battery core in the battery shell, injecting the electrolyte, primary aging, sealing and secondary aging. The core comprises several unit sub-electric core comprising a positive electrode sheet, a separator and a negative electrode sheet. The separator is repeatedly laminated or wound after stacking, and all the unit sub-electric core in the primary lithium battery maximizes the heat generated during battery operation and store it inside the battery in a group for heating. The internal circulation of heat increases the component temperature when the battery is working, the increase in component temperature of lithium batteries stimulates the activity of lithium ions in the battery, and improves the electrical performance of lithium batteries in ultra-low temperature environment. The positive electrode sheet is obtained by pulping positive electrode material, conductive agent, binder and collector aluminum foil or aluminum mesh with reserved tabs, coating, calcining, rolling and flaking. The negative electrode sheet is prepared by pulping negative electrode material, conductive agent, binder and current collector copper foil or copper mesh with reserved tabs, coating, calcining, rolling and sheeting. The separator is prepared by mixing polypropylene and/or polyethylene as main material, cooling, elongating, extracting, drying, and slitting. The electrolyte is made of a combination of lithium salt, carbonate and/or carboxylate and/or ether organic solvent. The lithium salt is lithium perchlorate, anhydrous lithium tetrachloroaluminate, lithium hexafluorophosphate, lithium tetrafluoroborate, lithium bis(oxalato)borate, lithium difluoro(oxalato)borate, lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide, lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide, lithium trifluoromethanesulfonate or lithium iodide. The carbonate is ethylene carbonate, propylene carbonate, butylene carbonate, fluoroethylene carbonate, vinylene carbonate, dimethyl carbonate, ethyl methyl carbonate or diethyl carbonate. The carboxylate is methyl formate, ethyl formate, propyl formate, butyl formate, methyl acetate, ethyl acetate, propyl acetate, butyl acetate, methyl propionate, ethyl propionate, propyl propionate, methyl butyrate, ethyl butyrate, propyl butyrate, gamma -butyrolactone or epsilon -valerolactone. The ether is 2-methyltetrahydrofuran, 1,3-dioxolane, 4-methyl-1,3-dioxolane, dimethoxymethane, ethylene glycol dimethyl ether or diethylene glycol dimethyl ether. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the battery.
