NOVELTY - Preparing graphene grafted polysiloxane modified polycarbonate sheet comprises (1) evenly mixing N,N-dimethylformamide solvent, graphene oxide, diethylenetriamine and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, reacting in oil bath, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain aminated graphene; (2) adding aminated graphene in tetrahydrofuran solvent, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, continuously adding trimellitic anhydride, mixing evenly, transferring to oil bath, stirring, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain polycarboxylated graphene; (3) adding polycarboxylated graphene to toluene solvent, carrying ultrasonic dispersion, continuously adding hydroxy-terminated polysiloxane and catalyst, mixing evenly, transferring to oil bath to react, filtering, washing and drying to obtain hydroxyl-terminated polysiloxane modified graphene; and (4) adding polycarbonate, hydroxy-terminated polysiloxane modified graphene, lubricant liquid paraffin and antioxidant 168 to high-speed mixer. USE - The sheet is useful in field of automobile parts, plastic optical fiber and communication tool. ADVANTAGE - The sheet: has good interfacial compatibility, stable cross-linked network, and improved toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene grafted polysiloxane modified polycarbonate sheet comprises (1) evenly mixing the N,N-dimethylformamide solvent, graphene oxide, diethylenetriamine and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide in mass ratio of 650-1500:10:25-60:2-6, reacting in an oil bath at 110-130°C for 24-48 hours, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain aminated graphene; (2) adding aminated graphene in tetrahydrofuran solvent, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, continuously adding trimellitic anhydride, mixing evenly, transferring to oil bath, stirring at a constant temperature of 15-35°C for 6-18 hours, centrifuging , washing and drying to obtain polycarboxylated graphene; (3) adding polycarboxylated graphene to toluene solvent, carrying ultrasonic dispersion for 20-40 minutes, continuously adding hydroxy-terminated polysiloxane and catalyst, mixing evenly, transferring to an oil bath to react, filtering, washing and drying to obtain hydroxyl-terminated polysiloxane modified graphene; and (4) adding polycarbonate, hydroxy-terminated polysiloxane modified graphene, 2-6% lubricant liquid paraffin and 0.6-1.2% antioxidant 168 to the high-speed mixer, mixing evenly, transferring it to a twin-screw extruder for granulation, and pressing by flat vulcanizer, to obtain graphene grafted polysiloxane modified polycarbonate sheet.
