NOVELTY - A core-shell pollen silicon-loaded metal antibacterial agent modified microfiltration membrane comprises 30-40 pts. wt. pollen silicon, 20-25 pts. wt. metal acetate, 10-15 pts. wt. nano graphene oxide, 6-9 pts. wt. sodium alginate, 5-10 pts. wt. chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, 3-7 pts. wt. tannic acid and 5-8 pts. wt. trisodium citrate. USE - Core-shell pollen silicon-loaded metal antibacterial agent modified microfiltration membrane used in chemical industry, energy, food, medical treatment and environmental protection applications. ADVANTAGE - Since silicon source and phenolic resin are utilized to synthesize pollen silicon with spherical structure, and is doped with sodium alginate, chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, and nano-graphene oxide, the porosity of the shell as core-shell structure antibacterial agent is effectively improved, and the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt chelates with metal ions to increase the stability of the loaded metal. The loading rate of metal acetate serving as antibacterial active ingredient as core is effectively increased, and the antibacterial performance of finally prepared microfiltration membrane is effectively improved.
