NOVELTY - At room temperature under nitrogen atmosphere, diamine and dianhydride are added to high-boiling polar aprotic solvent, to obtain solution containing 5-15 wt.% solid content. Modified graphene oxide is added to resultant solution, ultrasonically dispersed, and stirred to obtain viscous polyamic acid solution. Obtained solution is molded, vacuum dried, heated and dried under vacuum to obtain polyamic acid gel film. Obtained film is continuously heated, vacuum dried for 1-3 hours, further heated at 240-280 degrees C, and vacuum-dried to obtain polyimide/multi-graphene oxide composite film. USE - Preparation of low dielectric constant polyimide/multi-graphene oxide composite film (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 0.1-1 %Mass Graphene oxide is added to ethanol solution, ultrasonically dispersed and 1-10 %mass amino group-containing silane coupling agent is added and reacted at 60-80 degrees C for 3-10 hours. The resultant mixture is centrifuged, washed and dried to obtain modified graphene oxide. At room temperature under nitrogen atmosphere, diamine and dianhydride are added to high-boiling polar aprotic solvent in the molar ratio of 1:1, to obtain a solution containing 5-15 wt.% solid content. The obtained modified graphene oxide is added to resultant solution, ultrasonically dispersed, and stirred at room temperature for 18-24 hours, to obtain viscous polyamic acid solution. The obtained solution is added to mold, processed at 80-100 degrees C, vacuum dried for 2-3 hours, heated at 130-160 degrees C, and dried under vacuum for 2-3 hours, to obtain polyamic acid gel film. The obtained film is continuously heated at 180-200 degrees C, vacuum dried for 1-3 hours, further heated at 240-280 degrees C, and vacuum-dried for 1-3 hours to obtain polyimide/multi-graphene oxide composite film.
