NOVELTY - Preparing functional membrane for lithium-sulfur battery, involves (a) coating the first slurry on the anode side of the polyolefin film, drying, and drying to form a first coating, (b) coating a second slurry, (c) coating an unsaturated polyester and a pore-forming agent, (d) adding a mixture of carbon conductor and a binder to the first liquid, stirring, and sand-grinding to obtain a first residue, (e) adding the unsaturated polymer and the pore forming agent to the water to obtain the second liquid, and (f) stirring the second residue to obtain second residue, where the sum of the unsaturation polymer and pore formation agent in the second solution is 3-20 wt.% and (g) drying. USE - Preparation method of functional membrane for lithium sulfur battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare functional membrane for lithium sulfur battery that solves the defect that the traditional battery membrane cannot inhibit shuttle effect, improving diaphragm mechanical performance, improving the membrane puncture strength, promoting ion transmission, improving membrane ion conductivity, and improving the lithium battery safety multiplying power performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for functional separator for lithium-sulfur batteries obtained by the above mentioned production method.
