▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of anisotropic polybenzoxazole nanofiber heat dissipation composite material comprises dispersing polybenzoxazole fibers in a mixed solution of trifluoroacetic acid and methanesulfonic acid and reacting for 1-20 minutes to obtain first dispersion liquid; providing graphene oxide and reducing graphene oxide with hydrogen iodide solution to obtain graphene nanosheets; dispersing graphene nanosheets in the first dispersion to obtain a second dispersion; dispersing carbon nanotubes in the second dispersion; placing at a preset temperature of 5-40degreesC and a preset humidity of 70-100% for 6-24 hours; directionally freezing; and drying. The concentration of polybenzoxazole nanofibers in the first dispersion liquid is 50-2000 mg/L. The volume ratio of the methanesulfonic acid to the trifluoroacetic acid is (1-10):(90-99). USE - The method is used for preparing anisotropic polybenzoxazole nanofiber heat dissipation composite material for radiating material of electronic appliance product. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high strength and high heat-conducting performance.
