NOVELTY - A graphene quantum dot composite film comprises 1-3 pts. wt. graphene composite masterbatch, 5-10 pts. wt. polymer masterbatch, and 2-6 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. The graphene composite masterbatch comprises 3-7 pts. wt. graphene quantum dots, 0.1-1 pt. wt. coupling agent, 2-3 pts. wt. dispersant and 90-100 pts. wt. polymer matrix. USE - Graphene quantum dot composite film used for antibacterial products (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene quantum dot composite film has excellent antiviral effect and antibacterial effect, and high tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of the graphene quantum dot composite film, which involves (1) mixing graphene quantum dots, coupling agent, dispersant and polymer matrix and granulating to obtain graphene composite masterbatch, and (2) mixing the graphene composite masterbatch obtained in step (1), the polymer masterbatch, and the auxiliary agent and blowing.
