NOVELTY - Red light-emitting ink comprises 20-30 pts. wt. graphene/filler material, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene/red phosphor/silicon dioxide composite powder, 40-50 pts. wt. organic resin, 5-20 pts. wt. organic solvent, 0.5-5 pts. wt. dispersant and 0.5-3 pts. wt. anti-settling agent. USE - Red light-emitting ink. ADVANTAGE - The red light-emitting ink with stable property exhibits increased luminous intensity and notable fluorescence effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing red light-emitting ink, which involves: (A) preparing graphene/red phosphor composite powder by taking 1 g graphene and dissolving with 100 ml deionized water, and then stirring under centrifugal velocity of 500-800 revolutions per minute at 1000kiloWatts ultrasonic vibration for 200 minutes to obtain graphene dispersion liquid; (B) taking nano fluorescent powder containing yttrium, vanadium oxide, europium ions and aluminum ions, and dissolving with 500 ml deionized water, followed by using ultrasonic vibrator that works at 1000-1200kkiloWatts under 800-1000 revolutions per minute centrifugal for 300 minutes to obtain nano fluorescent powder dispersion liquid; (C) preparing graphene/red phosphor/silicon dioxide composite powder by taking 0.5 g graphene/red phosphor fluorescent powder and stirring in ethanol, followed by using ultrasonic vibrator that works at 300-500kkiloWatts under 1000-1200 revolutions per minute centrifugal for 300 minutes to obtain dispersion liquid; (D) adding a certain proportion of water and ammonia water, to the prepared dispersion of graphene/red phosphor fluorescent powder, under continuous stirring condition, followed by addition of tetraethyl orthosilicate in molar ratio of 1.8:1; (E) reacting dispersion tetraethyl orthosilicate temperature with dispersion of graphene/red phosphor fluorescent powder at 25 degrees C for 12 hours; (F) carrying out centrifugation and using acetone and deionized water to wash the obtained precipitate multiple times; (G) drying the washed precipitate at 90oC for 5 hours to obtain silicon dioxide composite material, which is then heat-treated in argon gas atmosphere at 800 degrees C for 1.5 hours to obtain compound; (H) taking the compound and immersing it in hydrofluoric acid and carrying ultrasonic dispersion for 5-60 minutes; (I) centrifuging the resulting dispersion to separate out orthosilicate precipitate; (J) drying and crushing the precipitate to obtain graphene/red phosphor/silicon dioxide composite powder; and (K) mixing the graphene/filler material, graphene/red phosphor/silicon dioxide composite powder, organic resin, organic solvent, dispersant and anti-settling agent under continuous stirring condition to obtain the finished product.
