NOVELTY - Antistatic liquid comprises 0.5-5 wt.% modified graphene obtained by reducing graphene oxide and modified aqueous polyurethane that includes anion or non-ionic aqueous polyurethane. USE - Used as antistatic liquid. ADVANTAGE - The liquid is highly-durable, excellent water-washing resistance and abrasion resistance and is non toxic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for processing antistatic liquid, comprising (i) dehydrating hydroxy polyol under the inert atmosphere, reacting diisocyanate and hydroxy polyol for 4-1 hours, adding hydrophilic chain extender, reacting for 0.5-2 hours, adding acetone to adjust the viscosity to obtain polyurethane prepolymer, (ii) adding graphene oxide, reacting for 1-2 hours under the action of catalyst, reacting until there is no cyanate ion, adding reducing agent, reacting for 2-6 hours, adding neutralizing agent, neutralizing 10-30 minutes, adding deionized water under high-speed stirring, vacuum and distilling to remove acetone to obtain the product.
