▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aqueous paint comprises 35-45 wt.% water, 5-8 wt.% quartz sand, 1-1.5 wt.% sodium carbonate, 1-1.5 wt.% graphene, 3-5 wt.% alumina, 15-22 wt.% ethanol, 0.3-0.6 wt.% silver powder, 0.5-0.8 wt.% zinc oxide, 0.05-0.08 wt.% antifoaming agent, 45-55 wt.% colored paint and 0.5-0.8 wt.% preservative. USE - As aqueous paint. ADVANTAGE - The method uses the silver powder to absorb harmful substances on sprayed object with the package of quartz sand, so that the sprayed object is completely isolated. The aqueous paint is convenient and safer to use, quickly dehydratable after coating in which ethanol volatilizes after being in contact with air for long time, not affected by air humidity, and suitable for any environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing aqueous paint, involving (i) heating water, maintaining temperature of water at constant temperature of 45-50 degrees C, adding quartz sand, graphene, alumina and colored paint, and continuing to heat water at constant temperature for 0.5-1 hour, (ii) cooling mixture of colored paint and water to below 30 degrees C, adding sodium carbonate, silver powder, zinc oxide and preservative, and mixing the solution for 1.5-2 hours with a mixer to obtain a mixed liquid, (iii) re-heating the mixed solution to maintain the constant temperature at 70-75 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours, (iv) quickly cooling the solution after the second heating, placing hot solution in a space with an ambient temperature of 1-5 degrees C to quickly reduce the temperature of solution to 1-5 degrees C, adding ethanol to the cooled solution, stirring for 15-20 minutes until ethanol and solution are fully mixed, and (v) pouring above solution into sealed container, and at the same time evacuating air in container, and sealing the container to complete.
