NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining crystalline flake graphite powder of raw material. Graphene oxide preparing process is performed. Graphene oxide is dispersed in solution. Graphene oxide film filtering process is performed. Electrochemical cyclic voltammetry reducing operation is performed. Graphene oxide membrane is obtained. Grain size of the crystalline flake graphite powder is determined for about 200 meshes to 400 meshes. Graphene oxide dispersing operation is performed in deionized water. Metal sheet is connected with a current collector. USE - Ultra capacitor diaphragm manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables increasing ion conducting ability, uniform thickness, specific capacity, equivalent series resistance, energy density, power density and cycle stability.
