▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of high carbon/oxygen atom ratio impurity-free reduced graphene oxide comprises uniformly mixing graphene oxide water solution and tris(2-carboxyethyl)phosphine hydrochloride aqueous solution, obtaining mixed liquid, carrying out reduction reaction under sealed condition at 25-100 degrees C, filtering by microporous filter film, washing with water, collecting the filter cake and drying. USE - The method is for preparation of high carbon/oxygen atom ratio impurity-free reduced graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The reducing agent tris(2-carboxyethyl)phosphine hydrochloride used in the method is tasteless and nontoxic. The oxidation product can be removed by washing with water. The method has reduction efficiency. The reduction reaction is carried out in water phase environment without the use of organic solvent. The method is highly-efficient, economical and environment-friendly, and provides reduced graphene oxide, which cannot be introduced with heteroatoms, and has high carbon/oxygen atomic ratio and highest conductivity of 2800 S/m.
