NOVELTY - Manufacturing mask plate comprises forming multiple mutually independent grooves on one side surface of the conductive substrate, forming a whole-layer graphene coating on one side of the conductive substrate forming the groove, forming a patterned insulating structure on the graphene coating in each groove, placing the conductive substrate in the plating solution after electrifying for electroforming process, forming the surface of the graphene coating not covered by the insulating structure with a main body part and a supporting part of the mask plate main body, extending the supporting part to the bottom of the groove by the main body part and set around the edge of the groove, removing the insulating structure, removing the position of the insulating structure of the mask main body to form a through hole structure, ultrasonically dispersing the graphene coating in the dispersing agent, and stripping the mask plate main body from the conductive substrate. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing mask plate in OLED display device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and reduces manufacturing cost.
