▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A reciprocating seal packing comprises 90-110 pts. wt. aramid fiber, 50-60 pts. wt. worm-like graphite, 8-10 pts. wt. graphene, 20-30 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 20-30 pts. wt. polystyrene powder, 15-20 pts. wt. sintered polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder, 8-10 pts. wt. KH55 (RTM: organic silane coupling agent), 180-200 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion, 25-35 pts. wt. paraffin oil, 20-30 pts. wt. tackifier and 90-100 pts. wt. chlorofluorocarbon. USE - Reciprocating seal packing for piston rod. ADVANTAGE - The reciprocating seal packing has long cycle life of up to six months or one year, excellent lubricity and reduced abrasion loss, and is economical. The requirement of replacement of piston rod within one year is eliminated, and frequent equipment maintenance is reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of reciprocating seal packing, which involves immersing the aramid fiber and silane coupling agent in 2 kg water, diluting, performing coupling treatment by heating in oven at 110-120 degrees C for 4 hours, coating the coupled fiber with tackifier and chlorofluorocarbon, mixing worm-like graphite, graphene, molybdenum disulfide, polystyrene powder and sintered polytetrafluoroethylene in a kneading machine for 30 minutes, adding polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion into the kneaded material, mixing paraffin oil, adsorbing mixture into the treated aramid long fiber, and pressing in a mold.
