▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biological sensing chip comprises (i) covering noble metal layer on the surface of the substrate to obtain a substrate-noble metal layer, (ii) depositing graphene nano-layer and nano-diamond particle layer on a surface sequentially on the substrate-noble metal layers, and (iii) sequentially depositing the graphene nano sheet and the nano-diamond particle layer sequentially to obtain product, where the method further comprises covering gold-silver metal layer and the silver-silver particle layer with a protective layer, and the protective layer is made of a polyurethane layer, and the metal layer is a metal-plated metal layer. USE - The method is useful for preparing surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biological sensing chip, which is useful in field of surface plasmon resonance (claimed) for analyzing biomolecule interaction to diagnosis of human hepatitis B virus, prostate specific antigen, vascular endothelial growth factor. ADVANTAGE - The SPR biological sensing chip has high sensitivity, high detection precision, and easy modification and easy functionalization. The graphene nano sheet relatively large area of the layered graphene is easy to prepare and transfer, so the operation of the preparation method is relatively easy and simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an SPR biological sensing chip.
