▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing a graphene hybrid microcapsule material, involves (a) culturing Sphingomonas sp. GY2B (CCTCCM 206019) in a bacterial culture solution to obtain a bacterial solution, and (b) using sodium alginate and chitosan to embed the obtained bacterial solution and graphene in the microcapsules through layer-by-layer self-assembly. USE - The method is used for preparing a graphene hybrid microcapsule material, which is used in the degradation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, preferably phenanthrene in water or soil (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has super remediation ability for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon contaminated soil, and removes more than 98% of the high concentration polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon phenanthrene contained in the vegetable garden soil within 25 days. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the graphene hybrid microcapsule material prepared by the method; and (2) the use of the graphene hybrid microcapsule material in the degradation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water or soil.
