NOVELTY - Use of modified graphene oxide is claimed for wire drawing fluid, where modified graphene oxide is obtained from aminosiloxane and graphene oxide having a mass ratio of 8-12:1, and is used in an extreme pressure anti-wear agent for wire drawing fluid. USE - Modified graphene oxide used in wire drawing fluid (all claimed) for metal workpiece. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene oxide enables to prepare drawing fluid that is eco-friendly, has good lubricating performance, good extreme pressure wear resistance, good corrosion resistance, good storage stability, and can meet the requirement of wire drawing fluid for metal workpiece at high speed drawing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) wire drawing fluid, which comprises the modified graphene oxide; and (2) a method for preparing wire drawing fluid, which involves mixing oil agent, extreme pressure anti-wear agent, antioxidant, emulsifier, antifoaming agent and rust inhibitor, raising the temperature to 70-85 degrees C, stirring the contents uniformly, followed with addition of distilled water.
