▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing composite flat wire flexible conductive material, comprises (1) mixing nano conductive material with ethanol to obtain ethanol dispersion, and (2) coating ethanol dispersion on the upper surface of flat wire in the silkworm spinning process, where the thickness of the flat wire is increased by 0.2-1 mm, then taking off the flat wire after the silkworm spinning is finished, coating ethanol dispersion on the front and back of the flat wire, and drying to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite flat wire flexible conductive material. ADVANTAGE - The composite flat wire flexible conductive material prepared by the above method: has excellent mechanical performance and conductivity; and is biodegradable.
