▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Optical infrared multi-band camouflage coating comprises 75-95 pts. wt. epoxy polyurethane, 25-35 pts. wt. organic silicon, 6-8 pts. wt. chromium sesquioxide, 3-5 pts. wt. talc powder, 3-5 pts. wt. propylene glycol, 3-5 pts. wt. polyoxypropylene, 2-4 pts. wt. methyl phenyl polysiloxane, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. nano-ferrite, 4-6 pts. wt. modified adhesion additive and 5-7 pts. wt. anti-UV additive. USE - Used as optical infrared multi-band camouflage coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating improves the coating adhesion attenuation after coating, and has enhanced UV absorption effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the optical infrared multi-band camouflage coating comprising weighing the raw materials, adding epoxy polyurethane, organic silicon, chromium sesquioxide, talc powder, propylene glycol, polyoxypropylene and methyl phenyl polysiloxane into a reaction kettle, and raising the temperature to 150-160 degrees C; adding graphene, nano-ferrite and anti-UV additive and stirring until completely dissolved, and dispersing uniformly, where stirring process temperature is controlled at 165-175 degrees C; keeping the temperature at 165-175 degrees C, adding modified adhesion additive, and stirring for 0.5-1.5 hours; and adding 140-200 g water to emulsify, stirring and mixing uniformly.
