NOVELTY - Preparing plastic auxiliary agent i.e. nano-graphene oxide/zinc oxide particles with antifouling and antibacterial function, comprises (1) slowly adding 200-250 ml concentrated sulfuric acid into 1 l three-necked flask in ice water bath, then sequentially adding 10-15 g graphite and 3-5 g sodium nitrate under slow process, stirring for 1-1.5 hours, then slowly adding 25-35 g potassium permanganate, mechanically stirring for 1.5-2 hours in ice water bath, then heating to 30-40℃, reacting for 2-2.5 hours, then slowly adding 200-250 ml 30-40℃ deionized water, then heating to 80-90℃ and stirring for 10-20 minutes, then slowly adding 400-500 ml deionized water into the system, stirring for 2 minutes, adding 20-25 ml hydrogen peroxide to stop reaction, continuously stirring the reactants for 10-20 minutes. USE - The plastic auxiliary agent i.e. NGO/ZnO particles with antifouling and antibacterial function is useful in plastic sheet. ADVANTAGE - The plastic auxiliary agent with antifouling and antibacterial function: has antifouling and antibacterial function, has simple preparation process and easy industrial production; has high-efficiency photocatalytic antifouling ability to sunlight, and has spectral antibacterial and antibacterial functions simultaneously; has photocatalytic removal rate of methylene blue and other organic dyes under the action of sunlight and natural light all more than 90%; has photocatalytic removal rate of methylene blue by the plastic sheet is over 70%, and the antibacterial rate is over 50%,when added to a plastic sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing plastic auxiliary agent i.e. nano-graphene oxide/zinc oxide (NGO/ZnO) particles with antifouling and antibacterial function, comprises (1) slowly adding 200-250 ml concentrated sulfuric acid into 1 l three-necked flask in ice water bath, then sequentially adding 10-15 g graphite and 3-5 g sodium nitrate under slow process, stirring for 1-1.5 hours, then slowly adding 25-35 g potassium permanganate, mechanically stirring for 1.5-2 hours in ice water bath, then heating to 30-40℃, reacting for 2-2.5 hours, then slowly adding 200-250 ml 30-40℃ deionized water, then heating to 80-90℃ and stirring for 10-20 minutes, then slowly adding 400-500 ml deionized water into the system, stirring for 2 minutes, adding 20-25 ml hydrogen peroxide to stop reaction, continuously stirring the reactants for 10-20 minutes, centrifuging and separating, and repeatedly washing with diluted hydrochloric acid and deionized water for multiple times until the product pH is 7 to obtain the needed graphene oxide (GO); (2) carrying out polycondensation of GO and EDTA using 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC) and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) as cross-linking agents, sonicating GO for 2-3 hours to disperse it in dimethylformamide; transferring the suspension after ultrasonic to three-necked flask, reactor temperature not exceeding 5℃, adding EDC and NHS in the stirring process, reacting for 4-5 hours at the rotating speed of 200-300 revolutions/minute, gradually adding DETA into the three-necked flask, and then rotating at 500-600 revolutions/minute at room temperature fast stirring for 6 hours to obtain the mixture of NGO, washing the mixed solution of NGO for three times with deionized water to remove impurities, introducing the product in the culture dish, freeze drying with a vacuum dryer, drying, sealing and storing the obtained product; (3) ultrasonically dispersing a certain amount of NGO in 35 ml absolute ethyl alcohol to prepare dispersion with concentration of 0.5-3 mg/ml, then respectively adding 0.384 g zinc acetate dihydrate, slowly heating to 70-80℃, completely dissolving, adjusting the temperature of the mixed solution to 65-85℃, quickly injecting 1-1.5 ml potassium hydroxide transparent solution with concentration of 1.5-2 mol/l, continuously stirring for 5-10 minutes, transferring the mixed liquid into the 100 ml high pressure kettle of polytetrafluoroethylene lining, heating to 130-150℃ for 4-5 hours, naturally cooling, respectively washing the prepared sample by deionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol and centrifuging at 50-60℃ and drying to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for plastic auxiliary agent i.e. NGO/ZnO particles with antifouling and antibacterial function, prepared by above method.
