NOVELTY - Nano-modified high-strength and high-elastic modulus polyurethane epoxy resin comprises A component (100 pts. wt. bisphenol A type epoxy resin, 2.5-5 pts. wt. polyurethane, 2.5-5 pts. wt. polybutadiene rubber, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. nanometer flexibilizer, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-1 pts. wt. wetting dispersant, 1-3 pts. wt. anti-UV blocker, and 1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent) and B component (82-86 pts. wt. curing agent and 1-3 pts. wt. accelerator). USE - The resin is useful for reinforcing carbon fiber composite material power transmission tower (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The resin has high comprehensive mechanical performance and fatigue performance of the transmission tower, and has long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing nano-modified high-strength and high-elastic modulus polyurethane epoxy resin comprising (i) adding bisphenol A type epoxy resin, polyurethane, polybutadiene rubber into a stirring container, controlling the stirring speed at 200-500 revolutions/minute, stirring and raising the temperature to 160degrees Celsius, stirring for 8 hours at 160degrees Celsius to obtain the polyurethane/epoxy resin/polybutadiene rubber polymer, (ii) naturally cooling the polyurethane/epoxy resin/polybutadiene rubber polymer to 100degrees Celsius, adding nano toughening agent and wetting dispersant, adjusting the stirring speed at 1450-1500 revolutions/minute for 5 minutes at 100degrees Celsius to obtain the intermediate, (iii) keeping the stirring speed at 1450-1500 revolutions/minute, cooling the intermediate to 80degrees Celsius, adding graphene and attapulgite, stirring for 5 minutes at 80degrees Celsius, then adding anti-UV blocking agent, coupling agent and release agent, continuously stirring for 10 minutes at 80degrees Celsius, naturally cooling to normal temperature to obtain A component, where the preparation of the component B comprises adding curing agent and accelerator into the reaction container and stirring and raising the temperature to 60-80degrees Celsius, controlling the stirring speed at a rate of 200-500 revolutions/minute, stirring for 10-15 minutes at 60-80degrees Celsius and naturally cooling to normal temperature to obtain the component B.
