▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing nano-biosensor, comprises depositing oxidized graphene oxide and metal nanoparticles on indium tin oxide substrate to produce mixture impedance measuring electrode sensor. USE - The nano-biosensor is useful in chip for measuring content of c-reactive protein in sample (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor detects protein at low concentration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) chip for detecting c-reactive protein comprising the nano-biosensor; and (2) measuring content of c-reactive protein in sample, comprising (a) obtaining calibration curve from measurement of the chip for C-reactive protein detection, (b) loading sample on an electrode of the chip, and connecting an electrode to measure an impedance, and (c) obtaining a c-reactive protein content of the sample from the impedance value using a calibration curve.
