▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The micro-heater has an optical fiber provided with a light emitting end surface for transmitting an optical signal to the light emitting end surface. A metal electrode is covered on the optical fiber. The optical fiber is provided with an end surface light outlet. The end surface light outlet of a graphene layer is covered with the metal electrode, where number of the graphene layer is measured for about 3 to 5 layer. The metal electrode is provided with a metal electrode, a zinc electrode and a silver electrode, where thickness of the metal electrode is measured for about 20 to 200 nm. USE - Optical fiber micro-heater. ADVANTAGE - The micro-heater realizes heat transfer process, and improves heating efficiency and flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an optical fiber micro-heater manufacturing method.
