NOVELTY - The laminate has metallic foil of the monocrystal and a graphene layer formed on the metallic foil of the monocrystal. The surface roughness of the single-crystal metal thin film is 0.1 through 1nm. The laminate is used for the surface plasmon polariton electric wave. The metallic foil of the monocrystal is the thickness of 10 through 500nm. The graphene layer is selected from the monolayer, and the bilayer and multi layer. USE - Laminate. ADVANTAGE - The plasmonic waveguide laminate has an effect of having excellent corrosion resistance while maintaining the propagation length of the surface plasmon polarite using a single crystal metal thin film and graphene. Since a single crystal metal film exhibits greatly improved plasmonic properties as compared with a polycrystalline film, a high performance plasmonic device is produced by combining a single crystal metal film and a graphene protection layer.
