NOVELTY - Preparation of composite bone cement involves preparing graphene oxide, preparing mesoporous bioglass powder, preparing bone cement solidification cement liquid, and compounding resultant products to composite bone cement with photothermal effect. USE - Preparation of composite bone cement used for repairing bone defect, and residual tumor treatment after bone tumor surgery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of composite bone cement having excellent mechanical strength, biocompatibility, and bioactivity. The composite bone cement effectively promotes differentiation, osteogenesis, and proliferation of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells.
